"Log in" doesn't have a precise equivalent in Persian. Nevertheless, using the English word isn't a good idea as it will sound very informal and is not commonly used in Persian. The closest equivalent is "ورود" or "وارد شدن" but since this has the same meaning as entering Telegram, it's been translated as "Log in to Telegram" for clarification.
