2) 'reset all custom notification settings' = 'restore factory settings' (less intricate)
3) 'wszystkie własne ... wszystkich twoich' - it's fairly self-evident (for a person to whom this message is shown; if not, it would not appear, right?), so we may do without it

I can think about changing that message but "factory settings" doesn't sound right. Telegram is not a product from the factory to which you restore factory settings.
