The currently applied translation puts the rheme ("allow access to your contacts") at the start of the Russian translation, whereas a more natural choice would be to place it at the end as the more important, key part of the sentence.
I removed "your" from "your contacts" in translation, since this should be contextually understood by the user (i.e., you are not providing access to anyone else's contacts).
I also removed "Please" to follow the formal style of Russian instructions, since it's also absent from the English source.

- More correct meaning. You do not need to allow access to your contacts to message your friends and family ( as it is followed from translation "Telegram требуется доступ к Вашим контактам, чтобы Вы оставались на связи с друзьями и родными"). Nevertheless it will be more convenient for you.
