There's no need to specify that it's an invite link as it's clear from the context. So getting rid of this word in translation won't distort the meaning. The number of characters matches the original sentence

Approved by refers to a user, not a link. I fixed this issue with "заявка принята" to match similar applied iOS translation. I used "вступили" instead of 'присоединились" for the same reason and because it's shorter.

It's important to specify that its an invite-link, than approved (одобренной) is not the same as accepted (принята). In my opinion одобренной (approved) would be correct in this context.

Keeping it short and clear. According rules of interpretation, in Russian there is no need to interpreet about approval of the link (meaning that it is already obvious once one can use the link)
