By analogy with resctrictions, that are usually set in some regions ("регіональні обмеження"), I think that "у вашому регіоні" fits better, than "у вашій місцевості", since "місцевість" describes place, the space of the earth's surface when "регіон" means certain territorial unit (district, region, zone). A certain feature may not be available due to legal or political issues, that take place in a certain region.
