When we use “приватність” we usually mean “private property”. “Конфіденційність” is used to describe that information cannot be obtained by an unauthorized user. “Конфіденційність та Безпека” is the most common translation when we look at other applications or websites (and also the Constitution of Ukraine) that use this term to describe “Privacy and Security”.
