There is no need to translate "with others" into Russian because the world "делиться" already implies it. Moreover it is better to use the verb "находить" than "найти" because in case we have two homogenous predicates they have to be of the same aspect. The verb "делиться" is of the indefinite aspect that's why the second verb has to be of this aspect too. We can change the aspect of both of them to perfect ("поделиться" and "найти") but in this case the phrase can make an impression of a fixed sequencing which is absent in the original phrase.
