Applied translation has a different meaning as it has nothing to do with 'scheduling' but translates as 'announce a chat', while in my translation there are both 'schedule' and 'video chat'.

Appled translation uses "анонсировать" which is, how Ulianna said, is wrong. I've used "видеозвонок" instead of "видеочат" because it's more of a Russian word.
