"no limit on the number of members' - my version is closer to the initial text and at the same time it's not too literal, it sounds formal and appropriate for the messenger language.
- the word admin in Russian we also use the short form only, not the administrator. My translation puts an emphasis on the word 'only', since it's the same meaning of the message.
- I added the word 'opportunity/chance' here, like 'there's no opportunity to turn it back into a regular group'. I thought the literal translation of 'can't' would sound a little bit more radical, whereas using the word 'opportunity' adds a little bit more of a positive note, although the message is kind of negative, or a restrictive nature =)
