Pop-up window headline is usually a noun in Russian. Literally translating 'clear' may imply we are clearing a form, but not the memory for good (hence 'Удаление', 'deleting'). Many other lines use „ё“, we use it here too for consistency. Fast googling shows it's more often 'info(rmation)' and not 'data' in Russian.
