This translation has nothing in common with the English sentence. The idea of the English sentence is that you are not allowed to use this last name, something is wrong with it, so you must choose another one. But in the Russian translation the point is that you have made a mistake in your last name and if correct it, your last name would be ok. So, I changed the whole sentence with the idea, that you are not allowed to use your last name.
