Though I am not a fan of 'Вы можете' translation for imperative sentences within the app it seems to be omnipresent so I have retained it here. However, the original does not imply that grouped chats are useful or necessary.

The word "нужными" is excessive and looks awkward here. Also, in Russian, there is a slight grammar difference between one-time action and action in general, "создавать" would indicate that you can create folders in general and at any time.

I think that what is missing from the translation that is currently in use is the sense that the user can create folders for different groups of chats, that is, chats that were bundled together in a group in the first place, based on any characteristic. When I read for 'different kinds/groups of chats' I get a clearer idea that I can have separate folders for my 5 or 6 work-related chats, 3 of my hobby-related chats and so on.
