Since the source is singular, I believe this indicates that the Telegram app for different platforms could be better classified as a port, not an entirely different program. As such, there is no pragmatic reason to introduce plural in Russian as long as the source is in singular.
Also, the screenshot is missing the auxiliary verb "is" - a possible source error?
