I used "este" because it points to the user the person is interacting to right there and, according to the original one, there was no "do you wish to" in it so I thought it'd be the best to keep it as straightfoward as it originally is.

This change would require some work to keep everything consistent and this is the better example. Some of the other translations around Telegram hide the "location" translation in order to keep the length small, while others focus on keeping it while removing most of the remaining words. Location seems to be translated often on telegram as "Localização" only, when it can be also translated as "Local", like google uses it on maps when the length is too small. Also, the same seems to happen to the world "Live" which seems to always be translated to "Em tempo real" which is more equivalent to "Real-time", a better translation for Live would be "ao Vivo" which is what is more commonly used in brazil to describe not only live television since ever, but is also used by google on youtube to describe live streams. This change not only would be more correct, as well as the small size of both words would allow for them to be used in more options and increase the clarity of all translations that have live/location words in them.
